What I Offer
-
One on one coaching sessions are designed for people moving through all kinds of transitions, uncertainties, and growth.
Together we explore what is asking for attention through somatic practice, reflective conversation, creative exercises, ritual, and body-based inquiry.
I combine my experience as a community worker, pleasure activist, mind body somatic coach, artist, death doula, and faith worker to fit the different needs of my clients. No two sessions are alike, I aim to meet what is present in the moment rather than provide a rigid structure.
You might be interested if you relate to something below:
Manage burn out
Reconnect with pleasure and aliveness
Navigating grief, whether interpersonal, environmental, or more
Explore existential or spiritual questions
Cultivate more trust in yourself
Process change and transitions
Move through creative blocks
Wanting to decenter whiteness in your relationships
Finding support for blended or non traditional families and relationships
How I work:
Each session will look different. Based on who you are when we’re together. Some sessions will be quiet, some will have movement, some will involve more conversation and others will involve art or ritual making. I believe in a multi faceted approach not just person to person, but session to session so we can stay in an emergent space and find a supportive flow together.
The Journey:
First we start with a free 15 minute call to see if the fit feels good and for me to understand what you’re looking for.
Then, our first session will be 1.5 hours for a spacious intake. Following sessions will be 1 hour.
Sessions can happen in person or on zoom. In person location will be determined after our 15 minute meeting so I better understand the space needs our sessions will have.
Cost:
The first session is $120
All following sessions are $90
Payment is due 12 hours before the session.

The same principles I have that support individual transformation; presence, curiosity, relationship, and care, also strengthen organizations.
I have over 12 years of experience in facilitation and community practice. I offer workshops, consulting, social justice audits, and strategic planning support rooted in equity and sustainable change that supports deeper inclusion and healthier organizational culture.
I’ve worked with grass roots organizations, academic institutions, small community organizations, multi faith spaces, and nation wide non profits with teams of varying sizes. If you’re looking for support with more inclusive policies and practices, wanting to be more sustainable and accessible, wanting to reach more youth engagement, or finding ways to build up your organizations legacy in the face of change, I can help you.
As someone with experience as a somatic coach and a death doula, I also bring those skills into my work with organizations and institutions.
I believe in bringing our nervous systems with us in the radical work of community building. Doula work might seem unusual in this space at first glance, but whether it’s winding down programming or transitioning offers, grief work is also part of community organizing and supporting non profits and institutions.
In our ever changing climate, many organizations are often faced with financial precarity as funding bodies become harder to reach. Sometimes that means making the hard decision to close your doors. Let me help you with that transition, to ensure that your legacy can close as smoothly as possible and that the knowledge you’ve gained and impact you’ve had lives on.
Some examples of workshops I offer for organizational spaces are:
Assessment and Accountability for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace
Understanding Economic Solidarity
Boundaries Are My Love Language: Support for Activists, Artists, and Care Workers
Navigating Bylaws: Writing Solidarity into our Structures
Solidarity Practices 101
Understanding Governance: Decision Making Opportunities
In addition to those workshops, I also have experience;
Supporting Boards in clarifying goals and creating structure
Sitting on governance committees
Performing social justice oriented audits and recommendations
Organizing and facilitating retreats for strategic planning
Public speaking
Navigating repair and conflict mediation in work environments
Curriculum development
Training and leadership development
Pricing:
Starting workshops start at $500 and include a 1.5 hour session and follow up materials.
Longer consultations, audits, and deeper supports will depend on the scope of the work. Please reach out for quotes.

I hold a certification as a death doula from the Home Hospice Association. While I do work with individuals 1:1 to advocate for a death that holds onto their integrity, I also carry this work into other areas. Doula work is a care giving act, a support system that honours grief, agency, legacy, and a deep tenderness of our ever changing world and experiences.
I bring this work of honouring grief and finding empowerment in death, in change, into my coaching for those interested in exploring this topic. I also offer group experiences around engaging with grief, and grief work is woven into many of the materials I offer.
Additionally, I bring this doula work into my work with organizations and institutions who are facing major transitions. Whether that’s winding down programming or transitioning offers, grief work is also part of community organizing and supporting non profits and institutions.
